The Transfer is made using Giro's in-mold construction, which fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet's impact-absorbing EPA foam liner. Not only does this fusion process reinforce both layers, but the "exoskeleton" also allows Giro to engineer helmets that are lighter, more durable, and better ventilated. The helmet also employs Giro's patented Acu Dial fit system, which hugs the back of your head and reduces the tendency of your helmet to shift forwards or backwards.
